How You'll Make an Impact/What You'll Do

Maximize retention and identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio

Lead the overall (technical, commercial) post-sales account success journey through Boomi’s proactive approach with the cross functional support of other Boomi teams (Product, Services, Support)

Understand partner requirements and drive internally (enhancements, fixes) to accelerate and remove barriers to partner and end-customer adoption and growth

Identify opportunities for expansion associated with their adoption of the Boomi product portfolio and additional use cases collaborating with internal stakeholders (account, product teams)
- EASTERN TIME ZONE PREFERRED
The Experience You Bring
-
10+ years of experience working as either Customer Success, Architect, Engineer or Consulting role with Account management focus ideally within a SaaS business
- Experience with G/SI doing ServiceNow implementation

Excellent business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to address topics such as business value and total cost of ownership, etc.

Experience in collaborating with Systems Integrators

Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both Management and Technical audiences
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with cloud and application integration

Experience with enterprise applications like ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce

Proven ability to meet and exceed retention targets
