How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Partner Marketing leader with a strong background in ServiceNow to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our presence with ServiceNow and their ecosystem. The role will be extremely hands-on working closely with executive sponsors, channel sales, and the global marketing team and will have the responsibility for creating demand for Boomis products and services.

What you'll do:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored to ServiceNow
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within ServiceNow, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing-related activities and ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and execution
  • Partner Enablement: Drive enablement efforts by creating and delivering marketing materials, training programs, and resources to empower partners to effectively market our solutions to ServiceNow customers
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of joint marketing campaign, leveraging various digital marketing channels such as email, social media, events, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives through targeted marketing programs aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and accelerating partner-sourced opportunities
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars, specifically tailored for ServiceNow customers
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Marketplace Expertise: Stay abreast of trends, best practices, and developments to inform strategic decision-making and maximize marketing impact within the ServiceNow ecosystem

The Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and achieving business results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving measurable business impact through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow and/or within their systems integrator (SI) ecosystem
  • MBA or advanced degree

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $132,313 - $198,470 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
