As the DACH Regional Sales Leader within the Enterprise Sales team, you will:

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within your team aligned to the overall sales strategy
  • Lead, plan and manage sales activities in assigned sales territory to acquire new customers, grow existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of sales professionals responsible for selling Boomi products, solutions, and services
  • Be a Leader / Coach, hands on with the team; heavily involved in account planning, strategy and sales calls
  • Working closely with the partner network, including GSI’s
  • Be responsible for creating a high-energy culture as you drive the team to generate new pipeline and position Boomi products and services
  • Work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
  • Consult with customers on the Boomi Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations
  • Contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our inclusive sales community
  • Effective use of our sales methodology (MEDDPICC) and processes
  • Collaborate with Boomi regional leaders to drive operational cadence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Specialists, Technology and Marketing teams) to build a collaborative compelling value propositions and business cases that demonstrate Boomi’s value proposition
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

  • Successful and impressive ‘direct sales’ career to date, with focus on solution selling
  • A strong track record of success managing direct sales teams in the DACH region, specifically selling Enterprise Software As A Service #saas
  • Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization
  • High level understanding of the Boomi customer/industry climate
  • High level of technical acumen
  • Strong forecasting capabilities, proven ability to build/drive/manage pipeline, and achieve operational excellence
  • MEDDPICC Practitioner
  • Consistent track record of meeting / exceeding revenue goals in the DACH region
  • Based in Germany
  • Held previous positions for a significant term
  • Competencies: Adaptable, data-driven, inclusive, accountable for results

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Integration / IPaaS / Automation / AI / Data Management experience
