Analyst - IT Infrastructure

Join us as a Analyst – IT Infrastructure on our IT Infrastructure team in Bangalore, IN to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve

As a Analyst – IT Infrastructure, you will support the internal and external users by seeing the big picture, understanding needs and tying them to results, and driving value. You will work primarily with the End Users to ensure appropriate technologies are in place to support Boomi.

You Will

  • Engage in providing End User Technology support in our IT Infrastructure operations

  • Be responsible for support delivery, driving issues reported into IT Service desk and escalations, investigation and resolution of incidents, ensuring outage updates are timely and of sufficient quality

  • Manage all end user issues related to Hardware, Software Installation & Access and Network.

  • Provide recommendations on troubleshooting and other technology improvements to quickly resolve incidents, ensuring infrastructure and application stability

  • Manage relationships with Business Partners in the Regions to promote a strong alignment, continuous development and focused on increasing customer satisfaction via reduced meantime to Restore Service and increased data quality

  • Manage all procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and requests, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination for end user IT issues.

  • Maintain communications and coordination between internal and external services providers in order to maintain situational awareness

  • Work with management team to promote the up-skilling of talent, and drive a positive culture aligned to our corporate values

  • Foster relationships with key customers, infrastructure teams and end users becoming a champion of end-user satisfaction.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • BE/BTech in information technology/Computer science or combination of education and equivalent work experience.

  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Desk functions, majorly into End User Computing

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Windows and Mac devices support.

  • Prior hands-on experience in Okta, Intune, Google Admin center, Zscaler, O365 and Jira Service Management tool.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize the ecosystem and relationships of various IT technologies for the delivery of business services

  • Efficient Communication Skills, providing right information to right stakeholder, at right time.

  • Track record working with IT Executives, exhibiting composure, credibility, and technical acumen

Desirable Requirements

  • ITIL4 foundation certification

  • Certification in Okta, Intune

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends and provide 24/7 on-call support
