Boomiでは、日本市場におけるブランド認知向上、リード獲得、顧客エンゲージメントの最大化を担う、戦略的かつ成果志向のフィールドマーケティング・マネジャー(アドバイザー)を募集しています。
本ポジションはシンガポールを拠点とし、シドニーにいるAPJマーケティング責任者の直属となります。営業、チャネル、他部門と密接に連携しながら、地域市場に最適化された施策の企画・実行を担っていただきます。
主な職務内容
- マーケティング戦略の立案:事業戦略と市場ニーズに基づいた日本地域のフィールドマーケティング戦略を策定・実行
- キャンペーンの企画・運営:イベント、展示会、ウェビナーを中心に、必要に応じてデジタル施策も含む統合型キャンペーンを推進
- 営業・チャネル連携:リード創出および売上目標を支援するマーケティング施策を営業・パートナーチームと共同で実施
- 市場調査と分析:アジア地域における市場動向、顧客行動、競合状況を分析し、戦略へ反映
- 予算管理:マーケティング予算の管理と投資対効果(ROI)の最適化
- パフォーマンス測定:施策のKPIトラッキングと改善に向けたデータ分析・レポーティング
- ステークホルダーとの連携:社内関係者や外部パートナーと良好な関係を構築し、施策効果を最大化
応募資格
必須条件
- マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号
- ソフトウェア業界におけるフィールドマーケティングまたは類似職での実務経験8年以上
- イベントやマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行における成功実績
- データ分析スキルとマーケティングインサイトの導出力
- 社内外の多様な関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力(日本語:ネイティブ、英語:ビジネス)
- Marketoなどのマーケティングオートメーション/CRMツールの使用経験

Field Marketing Advisor
Boomi are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within Japan. Based in Tokyo and reporting to the Japan Marketing leader in Tokyo, you will collaborate closely with sales and channel teams and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and regional market needs.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including primarily events, trade shows, webinars, and some digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and channel teams to identify opportunities and tailor marketing efforts that support lead generation and sales goals.
- Market Research: Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage field marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You must be a good communicator and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Partner Marketing experience is advantageous
- Proven track record of successfully executing events and marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems including Marketo
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional marketing activities.
