営業マネジャー(Sales Manager)

職務内容

営業マネジャーとして、特定の業種または地域において新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係拡大を担っていただきます。フィールドでの顧客接点を通じて信頼関係を構築し、卓越した顧客体験の提供をリードします。

日本法人の社長へのレポートラインとともに、グローバルの営業マネジャーへの英語でのレポート行います。

主な業務内容:

  • 担当エリアおよびアカウントの管理(アカウントプラン策定、売上予測、仮想チームでの社内連携調整など)
  • ビジネストレンドの把握と、営業チームの強みを活かした差別化された提案の構築
  • セールスパイプラインの拡大を目的としたビジネス開発施策の企画・実行
  • 主要顧客との高付加価値な商談に同行し、案件化と受注支援をリード
  • パートナーチームやチャネル担当と連携し、リーチ拡大およびパイプライン強化を推進
  • 全営業担当によるBoomiソリューション提案活動への積極的な関与を促進
  • 科学的案件管理手法による新規・既存顧客への営業活動全般
  • スタートアップ企業として新しい営業組織・プロセスの設計と運営

求める人物像・スキル

【必須条件】

  • 組織変革または組織構築の経験
  • BtoBソフトウェア(SaaS)業界における営業経験12~15年、かつ億単位以上の商談を直接受注した実績
  • 経営層に対する提案・交渉力、ならびに高度なプレゼンテーションスキル
  • クラウド、仮想化、サーバー、ストレージ、データベース、アプリケーション、統合技術(iPaaS)に関する基本的な理解と価値訴求力
  • 仮想的なチーム環境下での影響力を持ち、マトリクス型組織で成果を出せる能力
  • Cレベル、IT部門、業務部門それぞれへのアプローチ経験

【歓迎条件】

  • ミドルウェア/iPaaS分野におけるエンタープライズ向け営業経験(12〜15年程度)
  • 大規模・複雑な企業アカウントの営業経験
  • 戦略的アカウントマネジメント(長期的な変革提案)の経験
  • Salesforce、Clari、MEDDPICCモデルの使用経験

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Manager, you will develop new accounts or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line, building strong customer relationships in the field while ensuring a great customer experience for all.

You will:

  • Manage and support territory and accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams
  • Identify business trends and leverage strengths of the sales team to create a differentiated offering while positioning ourselves to capture business
  • Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline
  • Attend key high touch customer meetings with core sales reps to assist in enablement further, build pipeline and drive key deals quarterly to help close
  • Collaborate with channel teams & partners to expand our reach further and help build pipeline
  • Ensure strong sales participation rates of all core sales reps for Boomi solution

Essential Requirements

  • Business Transformation experirnce
  • 12 - 15 years of successfully, selling six figure deals in a direct b2b software SaaS within the specific vertical
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level executives
  • Core domain knowledge in Virtualization, Server, Storage, Database, Application, Cloud, Integration Technology to articulate Boomi value proposition
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a matrix environment and influence virtual teams to achieve desired results

Desirable Requirements

  • 12 - 15 years enterprise software sales experience preferably with Middleware/iPaaS solution background.
  • Experience in large complex accounts
  • 12 - 15 years of quota-carrying technology field sales or business development experience within the desired vertical
  • 12 - 15 years of experience with identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects with enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations
  • 12 - 15 years of experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role
