Our Revenue Enablement team is seeking a Senior Enablement Program Manager, Seller Productivity to drive operational excellence and seller productivity by designing and executing enablement strategies that combine sales process optimization and expert use of sales technology. You will lead programs that ensure sellers have the right tools, data, and training to accelerate performance and scale revenue impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization

  • Develop and execute a seller productivity enablement strategy that aligns with GTM objectives, ensuring programs directly impact quota attainment, deal velocity, and win rates. Translate sales strategy into repeatable, measurable processes that scale across geographies and segments.
  • Design and deliver operational excellence training (e.g., pipeline management, opportunity qualification, account planning, etc.) for both existing sellers and new hires .
  • Partner with Sales, Business Activation, and RevOps to drive sales process rigor, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, anHed territory productivity.
  • Recommend new tools and enhancements (AI/Machine Learning) to further drive sales productivity.
  • Identify bottlenecks in seller workflows and partner with RevOps to implement process improvements using automation, tool enhancements, and integrated playbooks.
  • Lead quarterly and annual enablement planning, setting measurable KPIs tied to operational efficiency and seller adoption of tools.

Sales Technology Program Management

  • Own the enablement strategy for core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Clari, Sales Navigator, etc.), ensuring sellers maximize tool adoption and ROI.
  • Design and deliver targeted tool training—covering both new features and advanced best practices—to drive proficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with tool owners to define workflows, integrations, and automation that reduce seller admin time and improve data quality.
  • Continually evaluate adoption and effectiveness of all sales tools to optimize the Boomi tech stack and drive user experience and efficiency.
  • Maintain enablement assets, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with RevOps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product Enablement lead to ensure tool-enabled playbooks reflect current messaging and positioning.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, RevOps, and Business Activation teams to identify seller skills gaps and develop tool-based training that addresses them.
  • Coordinate with the Onboarding Programs lead to align tool learning paths with onboarding and ongoing development programs.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track enablement impact through metrics such as tool adoption rates, seller activity data, content usage analytics, and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Regularly review program results with Sales and Enablement leadership to refine strategies.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING :

  • Experience: 8+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM program management within SaaS or high-growth environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or a related field
  • Tool Expertise: Proficient in Highspot, Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Clari, and other sales productivity tools with ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Operational Acumen: Proven track record in sales process design, workflow optimization, and tool-driven efficiency improvements and enablement.
  • Training Creation: Expert at creating learning experiences that blend various formats (asynchronous, in-person, virtual) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to interpret sales performance data, tool usage metrics, and operational KPIs to guide decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional facilitation and storytelling abilities, especially when explaining tool ROI and process changes to executive stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives across global teams. Proactive, and capable of working independently to drive projects to completion.
  • Adaptable and Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $144.000 - $181,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
