We are seeking an Enablement Program Manager, Design & Development to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. This role is critical in building and scaling programs that prepare our go-to-market organization to execute with excellence. You will design and deliver impactful learning experiences, manage our enablement technology stack, and ensure our programs drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program design, content development, and technology administration - with a passion for driving field readiness, technical acumen, and performance.

What You Will Do:

Program Design & Content Development

  • Design and develop enablement programs that drive field readiness, with a focus on technical learning experiences that help our GTM teams apply product knowledge to real-world customer scenarios.

  • Build and maintain scalable, interactive content, including playbooks, guides, simulations, and e-learning modules - that translate complex technical concepts into practical application for field teams.

  • Partner with subject matter experts (Product, Customer Success, Presales, and Marketing) to co-create learning experiences that integrate technical depth, use cases, and customer outcomes.

  • Incorporate hands-on, experiential learning methods (e.g., product demos, labs, scenario-based training) to strengthen confidence and skill application.

  • Continuously evolve content to reflect new product capabilities, customer feedback, and market changes.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery on time and in alignment with strategic GTM priorities.

  • Coordinate blended learning programs across live sessions, self-paced modules, simulations, and reinforcement activities.

  • Equip front-line managers and coaches with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning and track behavior change.

Highspot / LMS Administration

  • Serve as administrator for Highspot and related learning platforms.

  • Develop structured learning paths, certifications, and skill-based curricula tailored for both sales and technical audiences.

  • Optimize content organization and usability to drive engagement and adoption.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track engagement, learning completions, and adoption metrics across programs and platforms.

  • Measure and communicate the business impact of enablement programs, connecting learning to outcomes such as technical proficiency, customer adoption and growth, pipeline conversion, and win rates.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve learning design, delivery methods, and enablement strategy.

The Experience You Bring :

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Program Management roles.

  • Proven experience designing and developing learning programs for technical or product-focused audiences.

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into accessible, applied learning for non-technical roles.

  • Demonstrated skill in partnering with SMEs to co-create and deliver impactful programs.

  • Experience with e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning design.
    Hands-on experience with Highspot, LMS, or related learning/content management platforms.

  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate learning impact.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
    Experience working with sales and pre-sales teams and familiarity with B2B SaaS sales cycles preferred.

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in USA ranges between $144,000 - $173,000 annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
