- Assist in coordinating analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and inputs from product, marketing, and executive teams.
- Help organize briefing materials, responses, and supporting documents. Facilitate smooth communication and alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Draft internal newsletters and updates summarizing key analyst insights.
- Maintain and update the internal AR portal or knowledge hub (on Highspot)
- Create clear, concise content that communicates AR activities and their business impact.
- Support internal presentations, workshops, and “lunch and learn” sessions to build AR awareness.
- Research analyst firms, individual analysts, and coverage areas relevant to Boomi.
- Compile analyst profiles and insights to support engagement planning. Track analyst commentary on competitors and industry trends.
- Present findings to support strategic conversations around positioning and messaging.
- Coordinating high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Turning complex industry insights into digestible communications
- Understanding how analysts shape vendor perception in the tech industry
- Contributing to strategic decision-making through research and trend analysis
- Working with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership
- Proficient organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to distill key insights from data
- Interest in technology, industry trends, or competitive intelligence
- Collaborative, proactive work style
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Prior co-op or internship experience at a technology company (preferred but not required).
- Coursework or experience in communications, marketing, business, public relations, or related fields
- Experience with research, competitive analysis, or content creation
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams or managing multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of the enterprise software or SaaS landscape is a plus
