How You’ll Make An Impact
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of complex technical initiatives within our enterprise ecosystem. While this role focuses on driving ServiceNow projects, we are looking for a versatile project leader who excels at driving technical sprints, projects & sub projects with detailed project plans and resource allocation. You don't necessarily need to be a ServiceNow expert, but you must be a veteran of large-scale system implementations (such as CRM, ERP, or Finance systems).
What You’ll Do
- Project Governance: Define, document, and lead the execution of technical project plans, sub-projects, and workstreams from initiation to closure.
- Sprint Management: Lead technical sprints, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring the team remains focused and blockers are removed.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize resource distribution across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical talent is utilized effectively and deadlines are met.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify technical risks and dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Release & Change Management: Manage the planning, execution, and deployment of release changes in collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders. Plan all releases, execute and manage them with both the IT and user teams. - Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards and provide detailed status reports to executive leadership regarding project health, budget, and timelines.
The Experience You Bring
- Project Mastery: 12+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically driving large-scale software or platform implementations.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record running projects within CRM (Salesforce, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle), or Finance/FinTech environments.
- Planning Prowess: Expert-level skills in project management tools with a focus on detailed Work Breakdown Structure and resource leveling.
- Agile & Waterfall: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to operate in hybrid environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with ServiceNow (CSM & ITSM) is a significant plus but not required.
- PMP and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.
- Background in Business Analysis or Systems Engineering.
