Join us as a Boomi Renewals Representative on our Renewals team in Barcelona to do the
best work of your career and make a profound social impact.


Key Responsibilities
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to effectively drive optimal renewal
rates.
● Prepare, process and track renewal Opportunities and Quotes and contracts, ensuring
accuracy in Salesforce.
● Drive, forecast and secure on-time renewals to meet or exceed revenue and retention
targets, including price increases and multi-year contracts.
● Partner with the Account Team (CSM and Account Manager) to assess account health,
address customer issues, and identify renewal-driven upsell opportunities.
● Work closely with the Account Team along with Finance, Legal and Operations to
ensure a smooth renewal process.

Essential Requirements

● Prior experience working in Renewals, Account Management, Operations or Customer
Success role within Software or Technology Sales.
● Experience using Salesforce.com.
● Attention to detail and process are imperative; Team Player with collaborative mindset.
● Track record of over-achieving goals/quota in past positions.
● Strong math, written and verbal communications skills.

Preferable
● Software sales experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS).
