Role: RFx Program Manager

Boomi is seeking an RFx Program Manager to lead and scale our global RFx operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests across all regions. This management role will be responsible for leading a globally distributed team and improving how Boomi delivers technical responses that win deals and reduce field friction.
You’ll work closely with Presales, Sales, Legal, Security, Product, and Customer Success teams to own the end-to-end RFx process while standardizing response frameworks, maintaining key content, and delivering continuous improvement across RFx operations. This is a mission-critical, highly visible role that supports Boomi’s enterprise sales growth, customer trust, and operational scale.
This is a hybrid role, based three days per week in our vibrant Poble Nou office in Barcelona, working closely with regional and global leadership.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a globally distributed RFx response team across the US and India

Own the RFx intake process, including triage, prioritization, stakeholder assignment, and SLAs

Project manage technical, legal, and security questionnaire submissions across presales and cross-functional teams

Partner with account teams and presales leaders to define response strategies and align deliverables to Boomi’s value drivers

Maintain and scale a centralized RFx content repository, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and version control

Build and refine response templates, approval workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistent and compelling submissions

Report on RFx KPIs, cycle times, win rates, and content usage to identify gaps and drive improvements

Drive continuous improvement in response quality, process efficiency, and team effectiveness

Collaborate with Enablement and Field Engineering to keep technical content and reusable answers aligned with product capabilities and roadmap

Support audit and compliance documentation needs as part of the security and procurement process

Facilitate feedback loops between RFx, Product, Security, and Legal teams to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and reused
The Experience You Bring

4–6 years of experience managing or coordinating complex RFx responses in SaaS/iPaaS
-
1-2 years of experience leading teams or owning operational programs, ideally in a cross-functional or global context

Proven ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with common RFx tools (Loopio, RFPIO, SharePoint, Highspot) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Slack, GDrive)

Skilled at transforming technical input into customer-facing language that is clear, compliant, and competitive

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading across time zones and stakeholder groups

Familiarity with security questionnaires, due diligence processes, and InfoSec compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, etc.)

Experience supporting sales teams in high-growth environments

APMP Foundation, Shipley Certification, or similar proposal management credentials a plus

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
