As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive scalable growth. You will design and enhance workflows, build forecasting and performance models, leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure data integrity, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making. Additionally, you will lead automation and AI initiatives to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enable more effective territory planning, pipeline management, and overall sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Operations Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to Enterprise Sales leadership.
  • Own and evolve core sales operational processes and case workflows.
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and redesign processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales productivity and operational rigor.

Automation & AI Enablement

  • Assess manual sales operations processes and lead initiatives to automate or optimize them.
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with systems, analytics, and business teams to scale automation efforts.
  • Champion a data-driven, automation-first mindset within Sales Operations.

Advanced Analytics & Forecast Modeling

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for enterprise pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance.
  • Build business performance models to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Create scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that enhance leadership visibility.
  • Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets and CRM data to generate actionable insights.
  • CRM & Systems Strategy
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and support the evolution of CRM capabilities, including transition initiatives involving ServiceNow.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process alignment across systems.
  • Design, model, and rebalance sales territories to ensure equitable distribution of market opportunity, supporting scenario planning for org changes and GTM segmentation shifts.

Qualifications

(Required)

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and performance analytics frameworks.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise; experience managing case workflows and CRM optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with modeling and scenario planning.
  • Proven experience automating manual workflows and implementing scalable operational improvements.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence enterprise sales leadership.

(Preferred)

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes, forecasting, or analytics.
  • Experience leading CRM transitions or major systems transformations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow CRM.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and reporting automation.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or building workflows using LLM APIs.
  • Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $151,911-189,889 annually + applicable bonus.
