As a Boomi Executive Assistant, we operate with standardized guidelines to deliver exceptional support to Boomi executives, ensure operational consistency, and foster seamless collaboration across the Executive Leadership Team. The role of an Executive Assistant plays a critical role in maximizing executive productivity, upholding operational efficiency, and driving leadership alignment.
What You Will Do:
- Calendar Management: Managing complex, high-level, and often changing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain clear, conflict-free calendars, coordinating with the EA team if double-bookings appear
- Prioritize meetings for the CEO and C-Suite execs and prioritizing leadership availability
- Confirm agendas, required participants, and purpose of the meeting as needed
- Tracking weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly 1x1s with LT, FLMs, and ELT
- Weekly audit on new hires and schedule intro calls with them
- Blocking ‘focus time’, drive times, project reminders, monthly Bonusly reminders
- Communication Liaison: Screening, responding to, and routing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Handle all executive communications and information with strict confidentiality and discretion
- Organize email folders/labels and use auto-sorting for low-priority emails
- Conduct morning/evening sweeps to clean spam and flag action items
- Travel and Logistics: Coordinating complex, multi-stop, and, international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and,, itineraries.
- Travel coordination as needed, being aware of travel visas when required, sharing any relevant logistics or requirements with the local EA/Office Managers - to ensure proper on-the-ground support
- Submitting and approving expense reports and providing support to the leadership team as needed
- Being involved with T&E budgets to ensure the team stays within limits
- Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and, formatting, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate org-wide and subgroup DLs and add/delete Slack channels as needed
- Strategic Support: Attending meetings to take minutes, following up on action items, and conducting research.
- Event Coordination: Planning internal meetings and offsite, customer visits, and assisting with company events.
- Coordinate executive participation in events like Boomi World, RKOM, Town Halls, Partner Summit
- Coordinate QBRs, Quarterly All Hands meetings, and all other team-related communications
The Experience You Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Assistant, or, similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive, C-level information with discretion.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack.

Location: US Remote
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $80k - $101k. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The expected annual pay range for this position represents base salary or On-Target Earnings (OTE) for commission-based roles.
Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location, and role type. Non-commissioned roles may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
