Position Overview:
This position will lead efforts to evaluate, design, implement, and optimize core business processes and systems. This role blends deep business process management expertise with strong technical acumen, leveraging systems thinking to drive strategic improvements. As a key member of the IT department, this position has strong vision for long-term process and system improvements aligned with organizational goals and will work cross-functionally to ensure that business processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with overall company objectives.
Business Process Evaluation and Optimization:
- Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine where business systems or processes are misaligned with business objectives or user needs.
- Develop and execute plans to re-engineer processes for scalability, efficiency, and improved performance.
Systems Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement business systems that support core functions, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Drive the selection, customization, and deployment of new systems and technologies that enhance the company’s operational capabilities.
- Ensure systems are implemented on time and within budget, with clear performance metrics to evaluate success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable process and system requirements.
- Serve as the bridge between business functions and IT, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Lead cross-departmental workshops, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives related to business process changes.
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop long-term strategies for business process management and systems evolution that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage change by guiding teams through process improvement efforts, ensuring user adoption and minimizing disruption.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and systems.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that process optimizations are delivering value.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company on the cutting edge of process and system innovation.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Act as a mentor and coach, guiding team members in their professional growth, and providing continuous feedback and conducting regular one-on-one meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements.

- Ensure regular, clear, and transparent communication with the team about organizational updates, changes, and expectations, facilitating open dialogue and encouraging feedback from all team members.
- Partner with recruiting in driving recruitment processes to attract top talent, and develop strategies to retain high-performing team members by recognizing achievements and creating opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications include:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in business process management, systems design, or business systems analysis.
- Collaborative leader with a passion for operational excellence, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in designing and optimizing business processes & systems.
- Previous experience leading business processes and system integrations of acquisitions.
- Strong technical background with experience in CRM, ERP, and other enterprise business systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Expertise in evaluating, designing, and optimizing business processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Ability to view the organization holistically and design solutions that work across departments and functions.
- Proficient in managing complex systems, understanding their architecture, and integrating with enterprise-wide solutions.
- Ability to work across multiple departments, fostering strong partnerships and driving alignment on initiatives.
- Skilled at using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements and system performance.
- Must possess strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a highly collaborative approach
- Previous experience leading large-scale system implementations, including vendor management, project management, and stakeholder communication.
