Job role / title: Project Co-ordinator 

Area: Engineering (within Engineering Operations – Programme Management Team) 

Location: India 


We (Keyloop) are actively looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Keyloop team based out of India (Hyderabad) within the Programme Management team in Engineering Operations. This person will primarily be working with the Translation team as well as assisting the Programme Management team. 

We are looking for a person with 3-5 years of experience with prior knowledge of working in Programme Management, Translation background (would be appreciated) and some technology background. 



Purpose of Role:  


In the Project Co-ordinator role, you will be providing day-to-day administrative and technical support to the translation team. Your duties will include, 

  • Operating both in-house, as well as with third-party tools to extract content for translation 

  • Upload translated content, prepare documents for translation, perform basic quality assurance activities on translated content 

  • Assist the Translation team in working with internal clients to assess their translation needs, help prepare content for translation, facilitate information flow in case of linguistic queries and advocate for the translation team internally. 

  • Other tasks related to the translation workflows, which will give you exposure to numerous modern translation workflows and tools.  


Key Responsibilities:  


  • Support the management of all translation related processes in cooperation with the Translation team. 

  • Execute and monitor workflows and procedures to ensure streamlined delivery of translation to the business when and as required, including manual, automatic and semi-automatic workflows. 

  • Liaise with internal customers in all matters related to translations.  

  • Prepare content for translation, scope content for translation and process translated content for delivery to internal customers. 

  • Assist in maintaining and managing a terminology database, both in its day-to-day operations, as well as contribute to long-term planning and development.  

  • Use appropriate software for presentation and delivery of translation. 

  • Liaise with business to discuss any unclear points. 

  • Provide support in matters related to internal Keyloop procedures, products etc.  

  • Prepare weekly reports, manage status updates and escalate any risk/issue to the Programme Manager. 


Essentials Skills and Qualifications:   


  • Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.

  • Good English writing skills  

  • Ability to balance priorities with resources available. 

  • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge
