Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety professional to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a strong safety culture across the organization. This role is responsible for monitoring workplace safety, delivering training, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Health & Safety and Compliance

• Monitoring compliance with H&S regulations and rules,

• Conducting workplace condition inspections,

• Participating in occupational risk assessments and their updates,

• Participating in accident investigations and preparing documentation,

• Cooperating with external institutions (e.g., Labour Inspectorate, auditors).

2. H&S Training

• Delivering initial H&S training sessions,

• Preparing training materials,

• Adapting training content to job specifics and employee structure,

• Conducting training in English for foreign employees.

3. Documentation and Communication

• Developing and updating H&S documentation (instructions, procedures, reports),

• Preparing documentation and communication in Polish and English,

• Creating informational materials and instructions for employees,

• Participating in accident investigations and preparing documentation,

• Cooperating with external institutions (e.g., Labour Inspectorate, auditors).

4. Organizational Support

• Advising management on H&S matters,

• Participating in workplace safety improvement projects,

• Cooperating with operational departments and HR,

• Supporting a safety culture within the organization.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field or postgraduate studies in H&S (in accordance with §4 of the regulation on occupational health and safety services),

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an H&S role, preferably in a corporate environment,

• Knowledge of labor law and H&S regulations,

• Practical knowledge of ISO 45001,

• Experience in conducting or participating in accident investigations,

• Ability to deliver H&S training (including general induction),

• Good organizational and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• preparation of documentation and reports,

• Ability to work in an international environment.
