Job Overview
The Junior Conversion Specialist plays a vital role within the team responsible for supporting the sales process and assisting customers with onboarding to the platform. The Junior Conversion Specialist primarily collaborates with more experienced Conversion team members to identify and implement effective solutions that address customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Search for and identify relevant economic and financial data in the Macrobond database.
- Recreate customers’ existing research, charts, and spreadsheets using data available in Macrobond.
- Compare, verify, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency during conversion work.
- Identify missing or unavailable data and follow the appropriate internal process
to request support from the content team. - Provide clear guidance to customers during onboarding and help them understand how to use the Macrobond platform.
- Deliver post-conversion support by answering customer questions and helping resolve follow-up issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding projects, file status,
and progress in Planhat. - Monitor assigned files and projects, escalating or addressing process-related issues where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other departments to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Apply feedback from team members and managers to improve daily work.
Required Qualifications
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret information accurately.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Previous experience in economics-related fields, such as:
- Accounting
- Banking
- Data Analysis
