Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and highly hands-on Director of Enterprise Marketing to build and scale our enterprise go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of ABM, integrated campaigns, regional marketing, and product launches, with a clear mandate to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will own the marketing pipeline and be responsible for developing and executing integrated programs that engage our highest-value and mid-market accounts, accelerate opportunities, and create measurable pipeline in partnership with Sales and SDR leadership.

You will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, SDR, Product, and RevOps to bring our GTM strategy to life. This includes developing account-based campaigns, launching new products, and managing regional events that directly support our revenue goals.

This is an opportunity to help build a modern, AI-enabled enterprise marketing engine and establish a scalable approach to reaching and winning strategic accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise marketing pipeline, including pipeline creation, progression, and performance against revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for Tier 1 and strategic enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Build and manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, outbound, and sales activation.
  • Partner with Product to bring new products and capabilities to market quickly through coordinated launch campaigns.
  • Plan and execute regional events and executive experiences in partnership with Sales.
  • Develop pre- and post-event account engagement strategies to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, Product, Customer Success and RevOps to align marketing programs to business and revenue priorities.
  • Build repeatable campaigns and programs that engage multiple stakeholders across enterprise buying committees.
  • Use data, intent signals, and account insights to prioritize investments and optimize marketing performance.
  • Measure success through account engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue. Not simply lead volume or MQLs.
  • Leverage AI and automation to increase the speed, scale, and personalization of marketing programs.
  • Help build a scalable, pod-based approach to GTM execution that brings the right cross-functional teams together around strategic accounts and growth priorities.

Required Qualifications and experience

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, financial data, or another enterprise-focused environment.
  • Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience across multiple areas of enterprise marketing, including ABM, integrated campaigns, demand generation, and/or field marketing.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and SDR teams to engage enterprise accounts and create pipeline.
  • Experience developing and executing product launch and go-to-market campaigns in partnership with Product.
  • Experience planning and executing regional events and field marketing programs tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with modern marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and intent data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to optimize campaigns and improve pipeline performance.
  • A bias toward action and a demonstrated ability to move quickly from strategy to execution.
