We are looking for an outstanding Senior Recruiter for our APJ Go to Market team! In this role you will not only source and hire top talent, you will cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate with various team members to build and implement hiring strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies for senior level, hard to fill roles across our GTM function (Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and Marketing) as well as potential other functions as well.
  • Develop, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a diverse pipeline while providing a premium experience to both our candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively source (e.g. networking, internet research, cold calling, events & conferences) to build and continuously engage our Talent Community
  • Drive continuous adoption and adaptation of Hiring for Success(New Relic Hiring Framework) within the business to ensure great experience internally and externally
  • In partnership with internal team members evolve process, develop tools and initiatives to meet the unique hiring challenges
  • Engaged team member assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, share key findings and participate or lead small projects
  • New Relic ambassador, use tools to promote products, openings and culture on social media channels, represent in networking or conferences and events

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years related experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter with expert-level skills in sourcing/identifying and hiring talent in the technology industry, including in specific software sales
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Ability to apply effective communication skills to successfully influence and advise business leaders
  • Passion around social media, Internet research, and talent branding
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Dedication to stellar candidate experience
  • Effectively utilize systems and tools to optimize performance and ensure clean data
  • Proven understanding of the labor market and general employment laws and regulations with the ability to assimilate and educate hiring teams
  • Preferred experience recruiting across the APJ region (India, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia)
