What You'll Do
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our API ecosystem, with focus on API Gateway and API Catalog.
- Design and implement backend Java solutions that support API cataloging and governance initiatives.
- Participate in cross-team projects leveraging telemetry data and AI technologies to optimize API operations.
- Engage in routine performance optimization and monitoring to ensure high availability and reliability of backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Your Opportunity
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on Java backend development.
- Understanding of the API ecosystem and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with using telemetry data in backend solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points
- Contribution to open-source projects.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI Specifications (OAS) and API Contracts.
