Are you ready to play a critical role in enhancing business operations and client satisfaction? New Relic is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Deal Management and Commercial Operations team. This position is essential in fostering positive customer relationships while navigating our shift to a consumption-based pricing model.
What you'll do
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, skillfully managing disputes while balancing business objectives.
- Consolidate and share customer feedback to drive enhancements in product offerings and operational processes.
- Enforce adherence to New Relic’s policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Effectively multitask and manage open cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Execute basic project management tasks, such as planning, tracking, and reporting on smaller scale projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams for smooth project execution.
This role requires
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of customer service or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic project management skills to independently plan, document, and communicate project developments.
- Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals effectively.
