Your opportunity:
As a Revenue Operations Manager (Renewals) at New Relic, you'll be a key player in the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy and operations team. This role is crucial for analysing the Renewals business, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to drive productivity and success. You'll work closely with sales and renewals leadership to refine strategy, establish clear processes, and improve forecasting, ultimately shaping the growth of a rapidly expanding team. This position requires someone who is not only highly analytical but also a collaborative problem-solver with a knack for process improvement and project management.

This role requires:
- Relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. Renewals, Customer Success, Operations) or a similar operational role like Sales Operations, ideally with a background in project management and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, analyse trends using Excel or Google Sheets, and build complex analytical models.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, advanced skills in Excel, and familiarity with SQL.
- Excellent presentation skills for creating and delivering materials to C-level executives.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with consumption business models.
