Your opportunity

As a Lead Total Rewards Analyst On a global level, assists in administering all global compensation and benefits plans, programs, policies and processes outside of the US. What you'll do

Compensation

  • Support the design and maintenance of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity guidelines for India and assigned APJ/EMEA countries.
  • Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and pay equity analyses using survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer).
  • Partner with HRBPs and TA on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support annual compensation processes including salary review, incentive payouts, and equity planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide policy interpretation and guidance on regional compensation governance and regulatory requirements
  • Manage New Relic's active participation in selected external salary surveys and industry benchmarking initiatives ensuring robust data is captured.
  • Reviewing and Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.

  • Contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of new benefits programs or enhancements to existing ones, conducting market research and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness)
  • Ensures benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information. Develop and deliver engaging benefits communications and educational materials.)
  • Ensures benefits programs are efficient and scalable
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and identify trends

This role requires

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits managements
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefit management in India with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions in APJ and EMEA Utilizes best practices within the software and tech industries
  • Strong business acumen experience managing benefits budgets in multiple geographies
  • Experience managing time off and leave programs
  • Assists with global benefits implementation and renewals
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices and regulatory requirements in India, with exposure to APJ and EMEA.
  • Proficient in job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive plan administration.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, HRIS, and compensation planning tools. Stays apprised of market trends and changing legislation
  • Software and tech company experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to assist with and/or prepare and deliver executive level presentations
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US and EMEA stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other systems (e.g., Workday, Jira, ZenDesk, Coupa, SuccessFactors)
