We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Go-to-Market team based in Bangalore, India!

New Relic is leading the Observability industry with our move to consumption based pricing, and you will be integral in adapting and evolving our approach to annual business strategy and ongoing operational analytics.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the Sales Operations leader to the India Region and support the APJ FSO team on GEO wide initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of operational excellence across the team. Drive operational efficiency and productivity with continuous tools and process improvements.
  • Support the weekly Forecast process. Ensure highest level of SFDC hygiene and track and analyze opportunities, pipeline growth- and conversion, bookings, consumption, new logos, etc.
  • Deliver training and support the Enablement of the India Sales team.
  • Support the annual GTM planning process (Territory planning and segmentation, Account & Quota assignment, HC planning, etc.)
  • Build strong x-functional relationships and partner with other key stakeholders in the company (Finance, BA, Compensation, etc.).
  • Support the roll-out of the GCC (Global Capability Centres) motion globally.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Strategy or Planning role in a SaaS B2B company or other relevant experience
  • Experience with technologies to support analytical activities (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, MS Office / Google, etc.)
  • In-depth experience working with Salesforce.
  • Exceptional analytics, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for business modeling, with ability to incorporate various degrees of constraints, requirements, inputs, and conceptual guidance
  • Superb communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
