Your opportunity
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our talented analytics team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by transforming complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will act as a "player-coach," guiding your team while also rolling up your sleeves to tackle complex analytical challenges. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a proven track record of leveraging data to influence executive-level business decisions and fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts. Set clear goals, manage project roadmaps, and foster the technical and professional growth of each team member.
- Develop and execute the long-term analytics vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives. Proactively identify key business questions and opportunities that can be addressed through deep-dive analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
- Oversee the entire analytics lifecycle from data extraction to insight generation. Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compelling insights to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to understand their challenges and provide the analytical support needed to guide strategy.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives. Your insights will be the foundation for critical business decisions.
- Guide the team on best practices for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Work with Data Engineering partners to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical purposes.
This role requires
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field, with at least 3 years in a people management or lead role.
- A deep understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design (A/B testing), and model evaluation techniques.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying complex relational databases.
- Strong, hands-on programming skills in Python (using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
- Extensive experience creating impactful dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to connect data analysis to real-world business impact and influence strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have
- Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Experience with more advanced techniques such as NLP, time-series forecasting, or deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and machine learning platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML). Familiarity with MLOps principles is highly desirable.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS industry, preferably with a consumption based pricing model.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
