Ad Operations Executive, Ad Serving

We are in search of a seasoned Ad Operations Executive to join our team. The Ad Operations Executive (Ad Serving) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the digital advertising campaigns, adeptly troubleshooting across diverse ad formats within GAM (Google Ad Manager), and ensuring the seamless, efficient, and effective delivery of campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a range of publisher clients, ensuring a seamless and successful campaign experience.
✓ Profound knowledge of the digital ecosystem and its associated terminologies.
✓ Familiar with the campaign life cycle & its functionalities.
✓ Proficient in campaign execution and knowledgeable about the associated challenges.
✓ Profound comprehension of ad serving technicalities to enhance the client's campaign experience.
✓ Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager 360 and a deep proficiency in platform operations.
✓ Capable of diagnosing the root causes of ad serving failures and resolving them to ensure seamless ad delivery.
✓ Provide clients with valuable recommendations to optimize campaign execution.
✓ Good knowledge & experience around Programmatic Advertising and its functionalities.
✓ Must possess a strong grasp of Ad Tags and their utility, including the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
✓ Proficiency in conducting initial investigations and the capability to escalate issues to Google support when a solution is beyond our scope.
✓ Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication is a fundamental requirement for this role.
✓ Promptly respond to clients via their preferred communication channels and demonstrate proactive engagement by staying ahead of their requests.
✓ Good knowledge of ticket management platforms like Salesforce and Freshdesk, including their workflow processes.
✓ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
✓ At least 2-3 years of experience in digital ad operations.
✓ Strong technical skills related to digital advertising and campaign management.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
✓ Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work well under pressure.
✓ Flexible & adaptable to any working environment based on work requirements.
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
