SR. PRODUCT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY (*Hybrid or Remote)

:Operative’s Product Management department is seeking a dynamic, hyper organized, detail-driven individual to join our growing team as a Sr. Product Manager. This role will help support the growth of the AOS platform, a cloud-based solution to power converged media, managing advertising workflows across platforms and inventory types.

This role is hybrid in NY Metro or remote outside of NY Metro*

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a product manager and drive key AOS platform initiatives to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and lead product roadmaps and execute on the vision.
• Define requirements for new products, features, and use cases; define acceptance criteria for each case.
• Assist with the development of business cases for new features.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
• Drive and ensure alignment with all product stakeholders regarding product specifications and objectives.
• Stay current on technology and market trends to forecast opportunities and threats to our business.
• Build upon the AOS current feature stack for expanding into international markets and new business strategies.
• Perform competitive research and analyses and evangelize to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the product vision across the team and the organization.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and program leads to ensure alignment between technical, business, and project teams on product features and releases.

COMPETENCIES:

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in overall product management experience owning the end-to-end development cycle, building, delivering, and scaling products
• Experience in Media Advertising (linear and/or digital) industry a plus
• Consumer-centric view with a proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
• Experienced in SaaS implementation and agile software development
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation and user testing
• Fluency with project management (e.g. Jira, Salesforce) as well as analytics software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and self-motivation to work effectively offsite and with remote, global, multi-lingual teams

The base salary range for this role is currently $110,000 - $150,000 plus performance bonus. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. The base salary amount offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
