We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to support both Corporate FP&A and GTM (Go-to-Market) analytics functions. This role will work closely with the CFO, COO and CRO to drive data-informed decisions, build out scalable planning processes, and help manage financial performance in alignment with our PE partner’s expectations.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone with deep financial modeling skills, a strong understanding of SaaS and licensing metrics, and experience operating in a PE-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Analytics
- Collaborate with the CFO and CRO to develop funnel analytics, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics
- Build models and dashboards to monitor retention, churn, CAC, NRR, and other SaaS KPIs
- Support revenue forecasting by integrating data from Salesforce (SFDC), NetSuite, and other platforms
- Help improve data accuracy and consistency by building out systems, processes, and data governance
- Pricing analysis review with CFO, COO and CRO
Corporate FP&A
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including bottoms-up planning by department
- Own multi-layered EBITDA forecasting (GAAP, Adjusted, and Cash EBITDA)
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models with scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and financial insights
- Partner with department leads on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Modeling Revenue and Commissions under 606 for GAAP, Cash Flow and Metric Reporting
- Margin analysis for both software, products and bundles
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth environment
- BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Preferred
- Proven experience with AOP development, EBITDA modeling, and end to end departmental planning and analytics [SW1]
- Strong understanding of SaaS, products and bundled models
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (index-match, dynamic scenario analysis, pivots, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI platforms (Domo)
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a true business partner
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
This is a full-time remote position. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and bonus eligibility.
