Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. This role focuses on building meaningful educator relationships, elevating customer insights, and ensuring that schools experience the full value of TCI’s programs after purchase.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer-centric marketing experience within K–12 EdTech and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive onboarding, usage, and long-term engagement
  • Create renewal and retention campaigns aligned to customer health metrics
  • Design and deliver onboarding communications and in-app/email journeys
  • Gather, analyze, and present customer engagement and product usage insights
  • Capture and promote customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives
  • Partner internally to represent the voice of the educator and guide customer-first strategies
Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing (usage/renewal) or EdTech marketing (required)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting usage/engagement data
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Experience developing onboarding, renewal, or advocacy campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

This is a full-time remote position. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and bonus eligibility.
