What's exciting about the role

• Effectively lead, manage and oversee the AR Team, and management of the day to day operations of allocating, receipting and reconciling accounts
• Be a key driver and initiator of process improvements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders
• Developing and generating routine reports to help senior management and key business stakeholders monitor progress
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new members of the team
• Support transitions and coaching the new team members in their roles
• Communicate goals and targets and motivate each team member to achieve them
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities according to each team member’s capacity and aptitudes, as well as their career path and goals

Skills and Experience we desire

• French language level – Advanced or Native & Advanced English language level
• Proven work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable is mandatory
• Prior experience with solutions such as Oracle is considered an advantage
• Good reporting & analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
