What's exciting about the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deployment Operator. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization. As a Deployment Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of our terminals. If you are a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills in Latvian, Russian, and English, and have the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently, we encourage you to apply.


  • Answer and manage an average of 30-40 calls per day, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process and respond to an average of 10-15 emails per day, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Serve an average of 5-10 customers per day in person, assisting them with terminal-related issues and inquiries.
  • Prepare and/or test 10-20 terminals per day to ensure their functionality and readiness for deployment.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Proficiency in Latvian, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Fluent communication in Russian for customer interactions is required.
  • Basic English reading and communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
