What's exciting about the role

  • Selling our products and services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Closing sales on our products and services
  • Generating prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
  • Making sales through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and preparing activity and forecast reports as requested.
  • Developing thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
  • Acting as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Fluent in Swedish and good level of English
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
  • Time management skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Adaptable and good at prioritising tasks
