What's exciting about the role

  • Guide visitors and suppliers arriving at the reception in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Ensure that the reception activity is organized efficiently;
  • Maintain the operational relationship of the medical service providers for the provision of occupational medicine at employment and periodically;
  • Maintain up to date the situation of the documents that must be signed by the employees, upon arrival in the company and periodically, for the OSH and SU training; ensures compliance with the KPI and SLA of the specific legislation;
  • Provide support within the facilities department for organizing internal events by acting as a support team in planning and conducting these company events;
  • Conduct ad-hoc administrative tasks, prepare and manage various administrative documents, writes various reports (stocks, inventories, etc.) assigned by the facilities manager;
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information according to internal rules and compliance procedures.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Attention to detail, but also the ability to see the implications at the macro level
  • Relevant similar experience in a position of Administrative Staff is a plus
  • Orientation towards solving problems
  • Productivity, punctuality and responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Always able to put on a friendly smile :)
