What's exciting about the role

  • Lead a team of ~ 15 FTEs on the onboarding & order management processes for cross functional teams supporting multiple regions
  • Initiate, coordinate and implement process changes, according to business needs
  • Identify process gaps, lead process improvement and standardization across countries
  • Serves as a first contact point in relation with customers, external and internal departments (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Resellers etc) to resolve queries and handle escalations
  • Lead testing and automation efforts, as well as new system launches
  • Ensure deliverables on the agreed KPIs
  • Prepare monthly reporting and present to business stakeholders
  • Assist with training, coaching and conduct performance evaluation for team members
  • Engage in hiring process of new team members

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Advanced English is a must.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading cross functional teams
  • Excellent motivator, a strong “can do” attitude and resilience.
  • Strong leadership skills: initiative, drive, accountability, work ethic
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Strong understanding of business KPIs,
  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash process with a focus on order management and billing processes.
  • Strong understanding of the payment services ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of ERPs and various ticketing tools
  • Proven track record of project deliveries and process improvement with measurable results
  • Solution oriented, able to troubleshoot and provide resolution.
  • Solution and customer oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Project management experience (nice to have)
  • LSS certification (nice to have)
