What's exciting about the role

As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to various HR functions to provide insights and support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will work closely with HR professionals, department heads, and senior management to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize HR-related data from various sources, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll systems, surveys, and external databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices and maintaining data hygiene standards.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits as necessary.

Skills and Experience we desire

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrates superior judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR-related software applications. Preferably Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Certification in HR, Workday, or data analytics (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, Workday HCM).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
  • 3+ Years in a related HR or Analytics role
