What's exciting about the role

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient technical designs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensure adherence to best practices, design principles, and Salesforce architecture standards.
• Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment. Ensure solutions meet business requirements while maximizing Salesforce capabilities.
• Salesforce Governance: Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards. Implement robust monitoring and maintenance practices to ensure ongoing system health.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and administrators, to drive successful project delivery. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and strategies.
• Technical Evaluation: Evaluate new Salesforce features, technologies, and third-party integrations to assess their suitability for enhancing existing solutions or addressing new business needs. Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to empower internal teams with Salesforce expertise.
• Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance activities, including testing, debugging, and performance tuning, to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and performance requirements.

Skills and Experience we desire

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, including large-scale implementations and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, agile project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
