As an HR Coordinator focusing on onboarding and candidate experience, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and maintaining positive interactions throughout their journey with Verifone, including facilitating international employee transitions.

Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around onboarding processes, service now ticket management, data compliance, policy alignment, employee relations, and HR metrics and analytics.

You play a vital role in seamlessly transitioning employees into the company, maintaining positive interactions throughout their journey. Responsibilities encompass managing onboarding processes and, maintaining accurate employee records.

Additionally, you provide administrative support, serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, manage HR-related inquiries, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Your role extends to benefits administration, leaves of absence management, and issuing various employee letters and certificates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientations, as well as conducting background screenings, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
  • Generate employment contracts and other employment-related documentation as needed, such as promotion letters, transfer agreements, and termination letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of data privacy measures and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment between HR policies and procedures and overall company objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding concerns, and grievances utilizing the Service Now ticketing system to manage HR-related inquiries, requests, and escalations effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor ticket queues, prioritize tasks, and ensure resolutions align with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage contingent workforce processes and provide training for managers on best practices.
  • Support benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and termination processes.
  • Manage leaves of absence processes and other statutory or company-provided leaves.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees requesting leaves and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with managers, HR, and payroll to track and manage employee leave balances and ensure accurate leave accruals and usage.
  • Prepare and issue various employee letters and certificates, including employment verification letters, salary verification letters, experience certificates, and certificates of work.
  • Provide guidance to employees on the purpose and use of different types of employee letters and certificates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English is required
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS and ATS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer service mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to assist others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday, Service Now or similar experience requires.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
