What's exciting about the role
- Handle customer requests via e-mail related to payment process and platform showcasing excellent interpersonal skills;
- Gather, track information and troubleshoot client/customer inquiries and problems based upon company service level standards;
- Follow standard policies and procedures for resolving problems and responding to the customer in a timely manner;
- Secure handling confidential information according to internal rules;
- Recognize consistent problem areas and report to higher level for action;
- Timely escalations to first line manager, providing relevant and complete information;
- Update process documentation;
- Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork in meeting company goals;
- Actively participate in achieving the goals of the team and the department.
Skills and Experience we desire
- Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred;
- Great communication skills, patience, empathy, attention to details & strong follow-up skills;
- At least 1 of experience in Financial or Accounting activities;
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills;
- Ability to seek out relevant information from other sources (co-workers, internal knowledge base platforms, Google, etc.);
- Balancing multiple tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of your daily tasks;
- Initiative and ability to work independently;
- Innovative thinking;
- Fluency in English language.
