What's exciting about the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets for Verifone products and Acquiring services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through a variety of channels, including digital marketing campaigns, referrals, partner networks, and proactive prospecting activities (e.g., door-to-door visits).
  • Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to educate potential customers about the benefits of Verifone solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with SMBs, securing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local business landscape and customer needs within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the payments industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present Verifone solutions and negotiate win-win deals.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is essential. English proficiency is a plus.
