What's exciting about the role

A Deployment Operator at Verifone, performs a variety of Terminal software loadings and material handling duties to meet production schedules and ensures that orders & parts are properly shipped and within SLA. The work consists of Terminal Deployments, Unit Returns, Warehouse activities or any other assigned assignments covered within Field Operations.

This role will be fixed term until February 2025 with the possibility of being extended for a longer term.

Main responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end feasibility for any non-standard customer solution regarding:

• Deliver in accordance to work order
• Deliver within SLA
• Software loading of POS terminals
• Shipping of Accessories
• Inbound of Unit Returns
• Return and repair processes for Norway
• RMA- inbound & Outbound (Customer owned)
• Achieve daily SLA targets
• Replenishment of materials (physically and administratively)
• Inventory counts
• Email and case handling
• Order registration and verification in Oracle/Amdocs/Visma
• Key management for Sweden
• Key management for Norway
• All Operational task for Denmark.

Skills and Experience we desire

• Minimum high school exam
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speech and writing
• Solution oriented, structured and efficient
• Technical interest
• Work well independently as well as in team
• Work well under pressure
• Good communicator
• Accountable for meeting deadlines
• Basic Knowledge of Excel or other Office tools
