What's exciting about the role

Oversee the end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all local and international regulations. Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery. Monitor incoming shipments with freight forwarders and follow with brokers to ensure all funds and documentation are prepared and ready for imports. Identify and resolve issues related to shipments, documentation, and compliance in a timely manner. Liaise with internal teams to address and rectify any discrepancies in orders or shipments. Responsible for order processing and electronic invoices to local government entities in compliance with regulations. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders and shipments, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries. Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a caring approach.

Skills and Experience we desire

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of directly related experience in Supply chain, Logistics, Import-export regulations in Argentina and Chile mainly. Experience in other Latin American markets will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes
• Demonstrated ability to independently operate in a dynamic environment and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management as well as individual contributors.
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as being highly organized, a team player and a motivator.
• Out-of-the-box thinking with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you are an independent character, an initiator, decision maker.
• Familiar with ERP systems, Oracle EBIZ, Tableau, Business Objects, among others.
• Medium to high level experience in Excel. Comfortable working with pivot and dynamic tables.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Skilled in managing and continuously improving processes under dynamic conditions.
• English proficient written and verbal.
