What's exciting about the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A Manager or Senior FP&A Manager, depending on experience, to join our finance team. This role will be critical in driving financial insights, improving processes, and supporting strategic business decisions across our international operations in the Nordics and wider EMEA regions. For now, this position will specifically cover the Swedish market, ensuring that all financial planning and analysis activities are aligned with local business needs. Furthermore, you will be a key driver in realizing our 2027 Nordic’s turnaround strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Weekly Cashflow Forecasting: Prepare and analyze weekly cashflow forecasts to ensure liquidity and optimize cash management.
- Monthly Financial Forecasting: Lead the preparation of monthly financial forecasts, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
- Business Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business cases for new projects or initiatives.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Commission Calculations: Manage the calculation and analysis of sales commissions to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Order-to-Cash Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the order-to-cash cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Deliverables: Provide support on various ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required by senior leadership.
Skills and Experience we desire
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.
- Experience working in an international environment, particularly across the Nordics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with BI & ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, PowerBi & Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of process improvement within finance functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
