What's exciting about the role
As a Junior Order Entry Specialist, you will be a key point of contact between our customers, sales team, and internal departments. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports our French-speaking customer base and works closely with departments such as logistics, finance, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately in Oracle based on customer and sales team input
- Communicate with customers via email, providing updates and confirmations
- Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle, from entry to delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, sales, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
- Handle contract modifications and maintain organized documentation of all order changes
- Manage product returns in accordance with company policies
- Support overall customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently
Skills and Experience we desire
- Proficiency in French (B2 minimum) and English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who is open to learning and contributing to team success
- Experience or academic background in customer service, order processing, logistics, supply chain, or business administration is a plus
