What's exciting about the role

As an Order Administration Intern, you’ll support the FRA (France) team in day-to-day tasks across order management, customer support, data analysis, and system updates. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer operations while developing practical skills in a collaborative team setting.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with customer requests and providing accurate, timely information
  • Updating ERP systems with client, pricing, and supply data
  • Supporting order booking and contract updates
  • Comparing customer purchase orders with internal records to resolve discrepancies
  • Helping identify issues early and flagging them to the manager with proposed solutions
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting data analysis and reporting tasks to drive process improvements
  • Handling administrative responsibilities including repetitive data entry tasks
  • Gaining hands-on experience with enterprise tools and systems

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Strong English skills (spoken and written), plus French (B2 minimum) preferred
  • Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of studies (Business, Supply Chain, Languages, or related fields)
  • Interest in customer service, business operations, or logistics
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Motivation to work with people and solve problems constructively
  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data tools or reporting (a plus)
