About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist with strong analytical, business, and communication skills to lead and optimize demand generation strategies.

In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the marketing team, responsible for executing, optimizing, and measuring campaigns through the use of marketing systems, dashboards, and tools. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers while also driving retention and growth within our existing customer base.

You will also oversee the end-to-end demand generation architecture, ensuring effective execution of lead-to-revenue initiatives for our 2Checkout business. This includes designing and managing innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts across multiple channels, and collaborating with internal teams to track and nurture leads across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to support demand generation, acquisition, retention, and growth goals. Maintain and evolve a scalable campaign architecture aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Management:
    Own the lead lifecycle from generation through conversion. Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to qualify, nurture, and accelerate leads through the funnel using best practices in targeting, segmentation, and content strategy.
  • Performance Measurement:
    Design and deliver dashboards and reports that track lead volume, quality, funnel progression, and ROI. Provide weekly performance updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Automation & Tools:
    Utilize platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot to build campaigns, manage workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Improve tools, templates, processes, and lead scoring models for optimal performance.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization, email deliverability improvements, and ongoing performance analysis.
  • Data Governance & Compliance:
    Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Collaborate with the Privacy Office and internal stakeholders to uphold data protection standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align on strategy, improve lead management processes, and drive shared revenue goals.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation and marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Experience in email marketing, lead scoring, nurturing, data segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail with a systems/process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and deliver results.
