What's exciting about the role

We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and help shape the future of commerce. As our Sales Account Manager, you won’t just be selling, you’ll be solving real-world problems for our customers and driving measurable business outcomes. You’ll have the autonomy to manage the full sales cycle with the support of a world-class team behind you.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding annual sales targets and expanding business within key accounts
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to deal closure with a consultative, client-first approach
  • Tailor solutions that meet each client's unique challenges and goals
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of our cutting-edge Verifone payment solutions
  • Present compelling proposals, pricing, and contracts to win and retain clients
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce to forecast accurately, track pipeline activity, and deliver performance reports
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for your clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for growth within your portfolio

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer focused role with a proven track record in managing large customer accounts.
  • Strong industry and product knowledge within the payment solutions sector.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish language, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive business growth.
  • Experienced in using Salesforce
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
