We are growing our Marketing team
We’re expanding our Marketing team and seeking an experienced Marketing Business Analyst with deep demand generation expertise and outstanding business, analytical, and communication skills to help drive our next phase of growth.
In this role, you will support the marketing team by enhancing campaign performance through improved data collection, tracking, and analytics. You will lead the development and implementation of tracking frameworks, build insightful dashboards and reports, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
You will play a key role in shaping our lead-to-revenue architecture - owning regional lead targets, lead quality, conversion metrics, and data enrichment strategies. Additionally, you’ll help streamline marketing processes through automation and tool optimization, ensure clean and reliable data, and deliver performance reporting that maximizes campaign ROI.
What you'll do
- Design and execute demand generation strategies and campaign architectures that support business growth, drive lead acquisition, and accelerate pipeline conversion
- Plan and manage campaigns, forecast lead targets, and implement best practices in nurturing, scoring, and conversion optimization across the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to align lead qualification processes and drive cross-functional performance
- Lead the governance of lead management processes in Salesforce, define SLAs, and train stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective lead handling
- Develop and maintain dashboards, campaign reports, and marketing KPIs to provide visibility into performance and ROI
- Transform data from various systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses) into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams, ensuring outputs are clean, relevant, and business-ready
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, detect anomalies, and inform strategic decisions—beyond just reporting numbers
- Translate business requirements into meaningful, automated reporting tools and ad hoc analyses that support campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue attribution
- Summarize complex analyses into executive-ready presentations and reports in PowerPoint or Excel; clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own and continuously enhance audience-specific dashboards, templates, and reporting structures; optimize email deliverability, landing pages, A/B testing, and lead scoring
- Collaborate on refining reporting methodologies and marketing performance calculations to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams
- Drive marketing data privacy compliance in collaboration with internal Privacy teams, ensuring GDPR and regulatory best practices are followed
Skills and Experience we desire
- Degree qualified in Computer Science/Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a similar role, with 3+ years in B2B demonstrating a track record of driving measurable impact across the funnel
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Martech and CRM ecosystems, including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and automation frameworks
- Deep familiarity with data management practices such as segmentation, de-duplication, progressive profiling, and lead scoring.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, leveraging statistical methods and tools. Skilled in handling large relational databases and connecting disparate data sources to build a unified performance view.
- Proficient in dashboard development and data storytelling using platforms like Tableau or any other similar tools.
- Expert in building and automating reporting solutions, dashboards, and executive summaries. Adept at synthesizing data into meaningful presentations.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with the likes of Sales, Privacy, IT and analytics to align strategy, optimize processes, and support business objectives.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and business-outcome focused. Capable of managing complexity, shifting priorities, and solving problems creatively in a dynamic environment.
