About the role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst and a key member of our Global Digital business unit, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting and performance analysis. You will help guide strategic decisions with clear financial insights to the Executive leadership team such as VP of the business unit, CFO and other stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in our Bucharest office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly forecasting process by updating key financials (revenue, costs, margins) and gathering input from business partners.
• Lead the annual budget planning, coordinating with different teams to build accurate and realistic plans.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for quarterly Board meetings, highlighting results, variances, and business drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models to track Revenue, Direct and Indirect COGS, and OPEX, supporting business planning and cost control.
• Perform pipeline analysis to assess future revenue potential and identify gaps between sales forecasts and targets.
• Conduct churn analysis to monitor customer retention trends and their impact on revenue and margins.
• Gather input for regular Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reviews to spot potential upsides or risks compared to the plan.
• Track and reporting key performance KPIs such as gross margin, customer growth, average revenue per user (ARPU) and operating efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, operations and finance to align business goals with financial performance.
• Provided insights and recommendations to senior management for improving profitability, forecasting accuracy and resource planning.

Skills and Experience we are looking for

• Native or Fluent Romanian language, and excellent command in English
• Strong experience managing monthly forecasts and annual budgeting processes
• Skilled in preparing and presenting detailed financial reports for senior leadership and board meetings
• Advanced modeling skills to track revenue, COGS (Direct & Indirect), and OPEX
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and forecasting platforms
• Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and navigate multiple planning cycles simultaneously
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with teams across various departments
