What's exciting about the role
The Onboarding & Order Operations Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end customer onboarding, order administration, and subscription contract processes. This role ensures accurate and compliant order processing while delivering a high standard of customer service. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations, supporting both routine and complex order and onboarding scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume customer orders from purchase order receipt through fulfillment, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and accuracy across all order components.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.
- Administer and update recurring subscription contracts in the global ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Support, Finance, Warehouse, and Customers) to resolve order-related queries, shipping issues, credits, and disputes.
- Support rollout projects and special initiatives with administrative coordination and documentation.
- Continuously adapt and contribute to improving workflows, process automation, and system enhancements.
- Maintain thorough and organized customer files and order records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional written and verbal communication.
- Provide guidance and issue resolution for escalated sales support inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all orders and account-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in order processing, customer onboarding, or sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and process automation initiatives is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
